Leadership and Management(Foundation Degree)
UCAS Code: CID992 Duration:2 years This course provides a professional development opportunity for people who want to move into leadership and management roles. You will study on a part-time basis to fit around your existing work commitments. To make studying even more convenient, you can choose to study at our partner college that delivers this course: You can start the course in September or January. The course leads to a Foundation Degree qualification, which differs from an honours degree because it is designed with a particular area of work in mind, and with a high level of input from employers. The content of the course will develop both your practical skills and knowledge base. Modules include ‘Leadership and Organisational Behaviour’, ‘Managing Operations’ and ‘Business Planning and Innovation in the Workplace’. You can also choose between options in finance, marketing and Human Resources. During both years of the course you will undertake modules in Personal Development Planning. These will help you get the most from your studies and enhance your capacity for lifelong learning. At the end of the course you will be ready for a new role or promotion within your workplace.
