We provide professional-level developer software and advanced hardware through accreditations with Microsoft, Cisco and other major companies.

We encourage our students to undertake a year-long placement between the second and final years, although it is not compulsory. It’s a great opportunity to get paid to put your learning into practice and to extend your experience.

The North East ranks as no.2 region in the UK for number of software companies, second only to London. Regional employers include Sage, the FTSE 100’s only digital company. As a result there are excellent opportunities for well-trained graduates.
